If you have an issue with your order once received, be sure to email support@contactsportssoap.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return/exchange request and photos of any issues with the item(s), if applicable. We will get back to you with steps for resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that the return address on your package may not be the proper return address for all exchanges. We will send you the proper return info via e-mail.

If a customer does not live in the San Clemente, Ca area and selects Local Pickup - San Clemente Only, orders over $35 will be processed with free standard shipping regardless of delivery location (within the United States). If the order is under the $35 free shipping threshold and customer selects Local Pickup - San Clemente Only without living in the San Clemente, Ca area, customer will be given the option to pay the $4.00 shipping charge for standard shipping or can choose to cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order a 50% restocking fee will be applied and the difference will be returned to the customer. Contact Sports Soap reserves the right to evaluate this portion of the policy on a case by case basis. This addition to the policy is to prevent individuals from not paying the required $4.00 when orders are less than $35 and do not qualify for free shipping.
