Refund policy

Returns
If you have an issue with your order once received, be sure to email support@contactsportssoap.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return/exchange request and photos of any issues with the item(s), if applicable. We will get back to you with steps for resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that the return address on your package may not be the proper return address for all exchanges. We will send you the proper return info via e-mail.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items offered via Giveaway
- Hand Sanitizer (Due to COVID-19)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
No questions asked! We stand behind every product we sell with a lifetime guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with our products, let us know and we will exchange or refund your purchase. (Excludes Giveaways and Specialty Items)
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@contactsportssoap.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
We will only process your refund for the amount you paid for the item. If you purchased an item using a discount code then the amount reflected, not the full retail cost, will be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are not fully satisfied with the item and would like to try a different product or the item is damaged or defective we will exchange at no cost to you. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 40946 US HWY 19 N Suite 423 Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, United States.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
