Shipping Policy 
Contact Sports Soap will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address. 

Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Specialty Items may require additional time. 

Standard delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 4-6 business days.

Priority delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 2-4 business days.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.

If a customer does not live in the Tarpon Springs, FL area and selects Local Pickup - Tarpon Springs Only, orders over $35 will be processed with free standard shipping regardless of delivery location (within the United States). If the order is under the $35 free shipping threshold and customer selects Local Pickup - Tarpon Springs Only without living in the Tarpon Springs, FL area, customer will be given the option to pay the $4.00 shipping charge for standard shipping or can choose to cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order a 50% restocking fee will be applied and the difference will be returned to the customer. Contact Sports Soap reserves the right to evaluate this portion of the policy on a case by case basis. This addition to the policy is to prevent individuals from not paying the required $4.00 when orders are less than $35 and do not qualify for free shipping.
